Registration costs for IVCNZ 2016 are as follows (all prices are in New Zealand dollars, and include GST):

- Authors must register by 1 November, or their paper will be withdrawn from the proceedings.
- Registration includes lunches, morning and afternoon teas, conference proceedings, admission to the sessions, and one conference dinner ticket.
- Registration entitles an author to present and publish one paper. A second paper may be published by paying an additional fee.
- Refund policy: No refund is available, but substitution is encouraged.
